On the first minutes in game mc also spies mom taking a bath, finds job at a bar and visit friends/family and fucks the wife. The most weird and possibly what can help you know wich game is, a bald guy fights you from time to time ( he is some kind of pimp). Thats it.
PD: The sister reminds me a lot of "my sister mia" with blond hair, short and a red squared shirt on the game picture.
