i have this problem when i try to open summertime saga or dream of desires

i downloaded summertime saga but had that problem so i downloaded the other but had the the same problem

Can you try to put your Game folder in C Drive without all that sub folders.

You're getting dreams of desire error.
You must had done something like putting some files into the Summetime saga folder.
and You can't name a Folder "???". Have you changed your System language lately?

Its just my two cents but isn't this something to do with Locale? Like.. the system can't read japanese/chinese/whatever fonts? Those questions marks there.. or you really named you directory as "?????". I doubt it. Maybe rename that directory into something english? In english letters?
And the .exe you should be trying to open suppose to be in the main folder. Not in that lib/windows-i686 at all.
IF you don't find an .exe in the main folder than your antivirus /windefender blocked it.
