Instead of first trying to find someone who subscribe there, just write the question.
so basically I subscribed to pixivfanbox last night and when I wake up I tried to DM the cc to get the MEGA archive password but it always return this error "The process has been interrupted due to invalid processing" any idea why?
The abnormal thing I think I done when subscribing which I think might trigger the error:
1. I attempt to use multiple card until found one which actually works (it's my first time doing this)
2. My account is relatively new (I created it on the same day)

i already emailed the pixiv staff but it will take a week for them to reply or they won't reply at all (they write this in the support form)

The pixiv staff replied to me and they said the issue I'm currently having is I'm being blocked so that I cannot:
- message the cc to get archive password
- comment to any of the post
man... I just want to get one off is it too much to ask?
