I've joined this site, and yet, with the way things are going (like censorship, surveillance, etc.), I'm not sure if I can stay any longer.

That's up to you. You're not doing anything illegal (I assume, don't know where you're from) and if you're worried about government censorship you won't be able to log to the site cause they'll IP ban it in your region.

Well, I haven't done anything illegal, unless it involves pornography, which is true for where I live.
As for government censorship, I feel like it's getting worse. It's less of my country being a hellhole and more of every country being hellholes, with more governments attempting to crack down on Internet freedom and disrupt tools that keep us safe. Soon, I might get into trouble for using VPNs illegally.

I'm beginning to wonder how many Chinese netizens have visited this site without being under their government's crosshairs.
Some Chinese people download free games, translate them into Chinese, and resell them. There are some private forums in China where you can pay to download translated games, but due to VPNs and communication issues, most people only access domestic forums.
Which country are you in? I was also banned from accessing F95 in Türkiye before.

So you're saying that Chinese netizens have acquired free game from outside the firewall and sold them in private forums that we can't access for various reasons? Interesting.
Not going to mention which country I'm in, but suffice to say that I'm in one of those countries that will soon require ID and/or selfie to access certain sites (mainly social media), though I don't think porn sites are going to be affected, as they have already been blocked unless I use secure DNS or VPNs. That being said, there's a possibility that either of them might be restricted in the future, especially when such laws exist.
At this juncture, I'm considering the idea of deleting my account(s) to keep myself safe.

That's too strict. In China, this level of censorship usually only applies to discussing 'sensitive' political issues. Access to porn wouldn't be big problem.

Take this as a sign to quit adult gaming, or better yet, porn as a whole.
If you ignore the signs, only bad things can happen from now on... Accept the sign while you're still in time. It's time to improve your life and find the colors you've lost in the dark depths of perdition ever since that one "friend" told you about porn.

I guess I should delete my account(s), assuming you weren't joking.
You can compare other people (friends/internet users in ur country) have encountered problems. Then decide whether you want to delete your account.

As someone from Europe (not as bad as in the other censorship places yet, but they're trying to change it to spy on people and to censor things here too), I'm worried about this too as well, it's like they're on purpose trying to transform regular citizens into criminals. But for now, there are ways to go around it and it still doesn't apply to all places (it's mostly for the bigger social media websites or apps, not for niche places/websites).
I don't know what's going to happen, more and more everyone seems to bend the knee to censorship coming from payment processors or governments who want to have total control over population in order for them to push their agendas without criticism. Even ecchi anime games are now considered "problematic" with less and less of them coming out since 2022 or so.
So all in all, I am as worried as you are, seems like they're trying to incriminate citizens just to scare them into total obedience, but all we can do is try to fight back or bypass as much as we can.
For me, giving up on what I like because someone wants total control over what a person does or even think, is the death of who I am as a person. It's not even related to porn/hentai stuff, they just want to have total control. This kind of thing is a slippery slope, it will extend to other things too. First they go after the easier targets, then they go after other things too and soon we'll find ourselves only allowed to do what the "thought police" allows us to do.
TLDR: Yeah I share your concerns friend, but finding workarounds and fighting back are what we can do at the moment. Don't give up, that's exactly what they want from you, to be demoralized and to give up!
