What kind of information/help you'll expect with nothing you offer to let us help you?

What are the Specs of your PC?
What OS does your PC have?
Are your drivers up to date?

How about you stop spamming threads about the same thing. No offense, but it kinda makes you look like a lunatic.

Unreal Engine is pretty demanding on hardware. I guess your CPU is the bottleneck, your other is kinda outdated, but should at least run it on lower settings.

What about other games (like non adult pc games), do they run smooth?

yeah, figured. Unreal and Unity are troublemakers.

Please do not forget, the games you can download here on F95 are not made by professional teams, they are mostly not optimized, what will cause many unsatisfied users here with low to mid range pc's who cannot enjoy games like Wild Life etc.

In the same vein that Wicked is talking about... Depending on the incarnation of the Unreal Engine, and the resolutions of the VN and/or game you are playing with... Coupled with a low amount of base RAM, you could see all kinds of things like graphical tares, lagged visuals, unresponsive feedback from input, etc...

The base things I would suggest, beyond just hardware upgrading, would include:

1 - Ensure your graphics card drivers are up to date
2 - Turn Down the resolution setting for the particular game
3 - Lower the number of memory-resident programs you have running at the same time as you are playing (there is a tendency to have several memory resident utilities loaded into memory that don't serve a base purpose, that are not required to be active at all times and therefore can be turned off, even if just temporarily... Just be careful not to end the task of key utilities and functions that should always be loaded into memory...)
4 - Increase the Windows Virtual Memory limit and/or make it a permanent file with a set size (I usually go with the rule of 2.5 x Physical RAM size) rather then it's default dynamic file size... This cuts down on the number of hard drive operations associated with constant files size fluctuation for the Virtual Memory... But I highly recommend you only do this if you have sufficient free hard drive space as well as some experience in messing with this function...
5 - If you have experience with it, use a utility like CCleaner to clean up some of the extraneous data from your system... Be warned though, this utility can mess with your Windows Registry, so unless you're familiar with the use of CCleaner, you may want to avoid the Registry cleaning function, and just stick to the basic cleaning functions... CCleaner is a use at your own risk type of utility... But I use it all the time to clean stuff up...

Beyond little things like those, you then start running into pure hardware limitation, depending on the game... If it's an unreal engine based VN/Game in this particular market, then the requirements usually are not all that high... So if that is the case, and all other avenues have been exhausted, then hardware upgrading is your only avenue of attack... Usually beginning with RAM and Hard Drive replacement... From there it gets more intensive and possibly expensive, with graphics card and motherboard/CPU upgrading... As a last resort, you might just end up doing a complete computer replacement with something more modern and game focused... Just depends on your wants, needs, and what you can afford...

And to echo Wicked's response regarding optimization... The Adult/Erotic Visual Novel and Game niche of the overall porn market, is primarily made up of Amateur and First Time developers... Who may or may not have the expertise to properly optimize, let alone test, their products for varying levels of computer systems... Typically they test it on their own systems, which may be higher grade, and don't take the same steps as the more Professional Business market developers do before bringing a product to market... And there may be nothing you can really do, to avoid graphics and/or response issue from most of the VN/Games put out there by this market for consumption... Even more so when they are using higher grade gaming engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, etc... Just be aware of that...

Have you checked if the game is using your graphics card and not integrated graphics?
If not, here's an article how to check and set your graphics card:
