The figure need an additional morph that you don't have. But I don't know if it's a body morph that come with Victoria 4, or one that come from an external body morph asset.

This being said, Victoria 4 ? Do you really want to create renders with a so old figure ? Everything, from the base figure to the textures have evolved a lot since this time. You would have better result, and probably also less problems, with at least a genesis 3 figure.
