A bit broad of a term in the title, but to elaborate:
The game consisted of 3 female protagonists going up against a main bad guy I think. The game also involved either status effects or general corruption aspects that would change how the heroines looked (likewise to Odyssey of Gianna or Agents of P.O.R.N). I'm pretty sure the art style was more western than Japanese, too. Other than that, nothing that stands out as much or anything else I could remember, other than it being either on here or Itch.io.
I know, vague description, but do note I did use a gallery save since I didn't give a rat's ass about the gameplay anyways XD
