Hentai games with sex scenes that are more interactive than RPGmaker stills?

Can I get some recommendations? I'm relatively new to hentai games. I've been playing a lot of Mad Island lately and it's really good. It feels like a fully fledged survival game with a bunch of amazing NSFW tags like guro, rape, slavery, dismemberment, impregnation, etc. Some pretty hard core stuff and the best part about it is that you can play it as an actual game and the sex scenes are all animated and interactive. I suppose I'm also looking for some games like NejicomiSimulator TMA02 or Super Deep Throat simulator where you have complete control over the male and female characters and you can manipulate the female's body and touch it, pull on breasts, etc.

Also modded Sims 4 (literally thousands of animations, and it isn't a nightmare to set up), Skyrim (this one a little less since I don't know any comprehensive animation selector, and it takes a few hours to mod) and Fallout 4 (which is a little simpler to set up, and has AAF that allows you to start and switch between animations at will).

iirc Pink Tea's games also have some minimal control during scenes.

I checked out super deepthroat and was amazed. Did you find anything else with a good flow of animation and interactivity like sdt and mad island? I look at the users comments here on games and none fit that feel personally and presume you may have found something in the meantime since posting?
