How do you move on with the Karin Hardman quest line after you get the camera and discover her cum thing?

This is the most recent set of instructions:

But this might have some details that the above page leaves out:

You go to the restaurant and steal the newspaper. After you read it go to the park and learn how to open locks from the thief.
this is again not what I wanted to ask. I know how to pick a lock. In version 1.9.5, when relations were raised, the NPC offered a key to the place of residence. Then you could visit the house without fear and without hiding

This can still happen, AFAIK. I remember getting house keys - although I think I got most of them after breaking in and getting caught.

That's still the case when the person finding the MC has a high enough relationship. (Of course that won't work if a family member finds the MC.) New is the possibility to contact them over an intercom, where seldom they offer you the key after.

I can't seem to find this having been discussed in the past, but does anyone know how to have a child take a dose of Age Progression Catalyst? Not the one you can get from the shady character at the hospital, but the one you can learn to make yourself based on that formula. I've tried putting them in their inventory through "Trade gifts" and the catalyst does disappear the next day, but the child's age doesn't appear to be changing?

EDIT: Never mind, I had just misinterpreted how they would work. Rather than increase age at an accelerated rate up to a year over the course of a week, the age just jumps a year after a week has passed. "Trade gifts" does appear to be how they are administered.

Can someone tell me which file I need to edit in order to increase the amount of Futanari generated and which part of the file to edit? I'm not an expert and I'm very confused. Also I don't know if I need a specific program to edit these variables.

Not entirely sure, but I think it's the files "StudentAny.xml" and "AdultAny.xml" in the directory \Schools\NormalSchool\PopulationData\Sources
You should be able to edit them with Notepad app that is installed on any Windows OS, but you get some neat highlighting if you use Notepad++, Visual Studio Code or some other code editing tool.
In the files, find the lines where it says <Weight>[number]</Weight>. There should be two entries with the number "45", a couple lines below an entry titled <ID>StudentMale</ID> and <ID>StudentFemale</ID> respectively, and one entry where the number is "10" below an entry <ID>StudentFuta</ID>.
Most likely you can tweak the percentage of futas generated by increasing the number below "Futa" and lowering the other two - just make sure that they add up to 100.
In the "AdultAny.xml" the IDs will be called "Adult[Gender]", obviously.

I do recall there's a minimum requirement of males and females, though. Somewhere between 5 and 15. I think the file itself mentions it though.

So this game has a time limit? I hate that approach, especially when it's shoved into sandbox games

You'll likely run out of things to do long before the limit hits. And it's possible to edit one event file via the game's debugger to just keep going anyway instead of having the game end. The limit is also there for story reasons, because the game's premise only makes sense for so long when you eventually start having people in their 30s still being enrolled in the school.

And from a technical side, things may start to go awry if you continue too long, because many events work under the assumption that "9999 days in the future" is far enough that no player will ever reach it. So stuff may trigger again that is not supposed to be triggering. And the Cron library that we use will probably not work with dates beyond the year 2200.
