It was tagged loli on the DLSite page so I guess it gets the tag here too, oppai loli is a thing though. You can change their breast size with different food.

I believe the game is made by a person who lives in Japan. They have strict laws regarding porn, which means censorship. That also includes making porn of girls that are underaged. A lot of Japanese games will have girls that appear younger, but are stated to be over 18, to avoid getting slapped by the law. It's the closest they can do, or else they'll face law charges.

Tried the Workupload link and it extracted fine. The download from Filesupload didn't, but that is only for one out of the five dlc so you probably don't want that one anyway (Workupload is for all five).
