I am trying to find this game where I believe there were two female heroines/antagonists that you were trying to conquer. Both of the heroins looked pretty similar from what I remember. The main game loop consisted of a map of one city where there were like 6 options/locations to choose from, then a couple of options at each location. Some of those options where to gain money, and one was to capture random npc women that were used as a currency in the game. You also had henchmen that were in like masked black suits that you could give the captured women to and there would be like 5 small animations or so of them having sex with them. You would repeat gaining women/cash and upgrading yourself/forces while periodically battling the two protagonists who would show up at some of the locations if you hit one area too hard.
