I need help understanding the Prefixs like whats Ren'py VN etc if somesome can tell me that will be gladly appreciated

The prefixes are to specify what game engine is used - Ren'Py, Unity, Unreal Engine, etc

Other prefixes like VN are to specify that its a Visual Novel.
