Ren'Py Hi everyone, I am creating my first AVN

Currently I am a solo developer, trying to create my first adult visual novel. The theme of the game/novel is Cyberpunk. The game features 3 protagonists, while you can only play one per playthrough. All three protagonists are connected and crucial to the main plot, so it will give you three different prospective for playing the story. All three of them have their broad specific fetishes too, meaning the fetishes available on one path don't overlap with the fetishes available on the other. You can only encounter and play specific fetishes on specific paths.

All three of them look very different, which is nice. Having three protagonists means you have to create three times as much content, which means more work. But because of that much content, the players want to play it!

I'm not a fan of the cyberpunk theme, but three different characters sounds interesting. Not many visual novels do that.

I may be wrong, but it feels like a very ambitious project for a first time developer. If you're not a very skilled developer with dozens of successful projects, I would humbly recommend starting with something smaller you can start and finish. Perhaps even a prequel to the "three MCs" project, which you will do later.

A complex first project might present complex problems you'll either be unable to solve or will suck time and resources when dealing with them, problems you will not face while working on a straightforward AVN.

Thankyou! I also don't want to start with something very big and complex myself, so I have kept the story relatively short. What I am aiming for is different POVs on the same plot line through 3 protagonists for better replay ability than three different MCs going three entirely different routes leading to way more branching.

High heels and a fat ass...How can you dislike this design?! She looks awesome! Well done.

the 2nd protag looks like an antag, the 1st protag looks like an aquaman reject or maybe that fish guy rapist from that super tv series i never bothered to watch past season one. the 3rd protag looks like the "landlord" who left or gets cucked when the mc screws his own "landlady". thems just the feels i get looking at each. im sure without the studio backdrop and some actual scenery they will like whatever they are supposed to be. number 2 is the only one who has anything close to steampunk vibes, but he easily could be a modern day reboot antagonist in greasers as well.

How about you do 1 protag from start to finish first? if it works out well you can add a second, and then third. That way you at least get an exit ramp if the project turns out unmanageable. Usually it is not a great idea to start with an ambitious undertaking.
