I found this in my phone, what does it mean? In my Google web activity. Was told it might be a virus? It's after someone else has used my phone. Does this necessarily mean someone played treasure of Nadia on my phone? Help!

(I don't mind, I actually am playing it now myself, just sounded like malarkey that this would be some kind of virus )
