Identify Hi, I'm looking for a game whose name I can't remember, and I can't find it using filters.

The plot revolves around being a princess, a servant, and a robot for demon queen. We were supposed to capture four women and turn them into slaves, and then become the demon queen ourselves. It was probably a 2D/Japanese game genre.
