Greetings

First of all I want to say that I love this website and have been lurking here a long time while developing my game.

I'm making something called Spirit of Mayview and it's about a street racing prodigy who is down on is luck and hopes to turn things around.

The game aims dating sim with sexual exploration options. Please note it is story heavy.
Included are a few mini-games including strip poker with more to be added later.

Current build is 0.2b [DEMO].

The game demo is currently out but I'm working hard to get the main bulk of the features into the next version. I had a minor setback that put me behind while I ported the whole thing from C++ to Ren'Py (Android & Linux compatibility).

The whole thing is hand drawn and the backgrounds are modeled in 3D.

Some links:

I have nothing much else to say and should probably get back to work. I'll look forward to many more years on this website.
Have a great day all.

I'd post download links but I'm not sure about permissions and don't want to risk it.

I am contractually obligated to try anything with a strip game. So only judging based up to that point thus far.

I do appreciate it not at least being locked behind several hours of gameplay/grinding, and at least at a point in which the story is starting to shape up.

I'm a little iffy on the artstyle, but that's just a personal thing.

As for the strip poker... it's an interesting format, as it does seem to suggest the possibility of multiple players involved. Reminds me of the old Artworx strip poker games and such. Still, not sure I like its old callbacks to those games in which its all or nothing. Plus the chip count gets rather high if one player starts winning as a result, so it might be better if pawned clothing doesn't actually inflate the other player's chip count.

I noticed at one point I got Stacy to like -200 on a round, and she pawned one thing, but didn't pawn another and just started playing deeply into -100 territory still.

For the player side of things, it'd be kind of nice if you had some idea of how much clothing he had left even if in a 1v1 its pretty clear given the winner is the one fully dressed with all the chips.

It's also a little bland because there's no real interaction or anything going on during the game. Chips being involved aside, I generally use SPNATI as the go-to example of what a strip poker game should probably look/feel like nowadays.

Still, I'll keep an eye on this, keep it up!
