Seeking Hi! Real women models ?

Hi, do you know if exist games (or comics) with real models in them? I don't want to say photos or photomontages(but even if they exist I would like to know)...I mean if it's possible to get women drawn in 3D from existing models ....I would like to look at other things from my favorite models!

ok, thank you. Anyway I wanted to know if anyone could replicate(artistic talent?)that model on various porn comics or games.

Using real models in games. Much more realistic than 3D for the important cutscenes, but using real models for the entire game, would limit you to the footage on hand. A mix of 3D character running around in the game, and then switch to cut-scene works well. You can also composite real actors into your scenes.
