You can't because only jr.uploaders, uploaders and mod as well as staff can create threads inside that section. You can always PM someone and share the relative links and information needed! Or if you want to make your own thread, just follow the template in the "Game Uploading Rules" provided and open a thread in the "Game Request" section. Then one of us will come and check!
