Whatever different choices I've tried to do, the game showed me the same scenes and with 3 playthrough I've got the same outcome.
Some story details are weird, but these are the conventions of the game world. Overall it's about coexisting with different culture/race thing.
I would wish fights would be more understandable and choices would lead to different results, because I didn't feel it at all.
