Holy shit the mc has FOUR sisters plus the mom and two cousins plus the aunt INCEST OVERLOAD BABY! and we get to have them all HELL YEAH!...This is going to need a patch for patreon. There are a some grammar mistakes but nothing too bad. What are the future tags for this?

A few relatively minor things that can be improved on the art style in my eyes.
#1 The girls have over exaggerated facial expressions.
#2 Some girls faces look ... slightly off. Prime example is Rubys friend Ivy.
#3 The camera angles are weird at times, as if the head of the MC is not fixed but on a swivel.
#4 A few girls ... well women have to big boobs to be realistically treated like they are. For instance Aunt Britney has her massive boobs free the first time they met, ask your average big titted female acquaintance what is more comfortable. Letting "the big girls breathe" or "avoid serious back pain from moving" ...

Please don't take this as hating or destroying the game.
It is meant purely as constructive critique.
