I've played quite a few games of this type, and one of my favorites is Her Fall in the Last Days, so you can get an idea of what I like. I'm looking for more titles now, although I feel like I've already played most of the well-known ones.
Some games I really enjoyed are Boy Hero Ken and RaiOhGar, and I also like games in the Comms genre, with Maya's Mission and Armored Suit Solgante being my favorites.

I usually avoid 3D games, although I have played some.
I also like it when there are moments where you can see corruption on clothing and the protagonist discovers it exactly in those moments.
