Ren'Py Hide interface issue in renpy

Hi guys I have a problem in renpy games, at some point of time the hide interface(H) and screenshot(S) keys are not working. Anyone faced this issue?

Some devs implement code to prevent users from being able to hide the interface or using shortcuts (buttons) for specific scenes.

No it's not that it works on same scene sometimes and not working sometimes
