Made wonderful AI animations and when I asked for a test animation just to be sure that it would look good with my game they got it done real quick and it looked great. I commissioned 27 renders right off the bat with the promise of more once this was done. They said they would get started on it shortly. Great.
6 hours later I ask hey got a time frame on when this is going to be done. They said they would have it all done by tomorrow. I was like wonderful.
18 hours later I hadn't heard anything from them and they had not added any animations to the drop folder that we were using. I message them.
They apologized for the delay and said they would get it done today or at the very latest tomorrow.
Okay fine. Would have been really nice if I didn't have to ask in order to get these kind of updates but whatever. And I told them. Hey send me what you got because I wanted to start doing the work on my end adding them to my game.
They said they would do that.
20 hours later they still have not added anything to the folder. I ask them about it. I am fairly certain this is when they started actually working on it because then 6 hours later they finally respond and upload about a third of the animations. 5 hours later they upload a few more animations. They then say that they will finish the rest tomorrow.
Tomorrow comes and goes, and I hear nothing from them. I message them telling them this is getting very frustrating and I feel like I am being dragged along and that this has been super unprofessional so far.
7 hours later I had heard nothing from them. I just canceled the rest of the order letting them keep the first half of the payment since I did get half of my order.
I still have not heard anything from them.

They finally responded telling me that the reason it was taking so long is because they were working on other projects instead and it was taking longer than they thought it would. (3 days longer for something that was apparently supposed to take less than 1) I do not know if these were taken before or after they took on mine and it really doesn't matter. Either they screwed me over or they screwed someone else over.
When they apologized I asked what they are going to do in a way of apology. They said they promised that they would get the work done and they wouldn't do it again.
Needless to say I was less than trusting at this point.
