For this, genre/kink tags don't matter as much as the core premise.
The MC finds themselves the sudden beneficiary and/or victim of a science experiment. Either the experiment has a vastly different result than what the MC intended, or they don't know what the outcome is supposed to be (like they're volunteering for a clinical trial).
