tbf there is an in-story reason from the MC's POV. In a flashback, it was mentioned that the FMC didn't really have experience with guys because the college program the FMC was in was predominantly female. so the FMC has had no chance to "compare" cock sizes between different guys before this ski trip occurred.
some clues even allude to this in the MC's POV play through. when MC and FMC have sex for the 1st time during the trip, she wondered why his dick has shrunk or something even when aroused. (there may have been allusions during their 1st blowjob scene too.)
plus, when the MC and the blabbermouth blonde were alone talking (don't remember if it was in the ski loft or in the maze), blondie talks about how the FMC could already be cheating with the bull due to the FMC's lack of experience w/ other guys. (don't remember how the exact dialogue went, though.)
Totally, because working in multiple stuff at the same time rather than concluding one project at a time is always a good idea (One Piece will finish before APBLU Aya Edition is completed)
Unless hangover spand their number of personal, it will take forever to finish their projects, I will grow too old to get erect at that time.

She doesn't love the MC, she allowed herself to be raped (could have kicked, screamed, bite, etc... as women who don't want to be raped normally react) all the while going on about her lust for the guy. Then, after the so called rape... she worries about the friendship (seriously, who would consider one a friend who would rape their girl?) and how it would "stress" her relationship.
She goes on to "protest" through typical cuck story fashion, but continues to "allow" hand jobs, blow jobs and continues to get railed by the guy, oh right... "through strong worded protests!" all because... she cares and really loves the MC.

No woman who loves someone would allow that in such a fashion, nor would she allow it to continue on.
This is similar to the other HC games where it is plot driven to make it "seem" like there is protest, but it is really just pushed in a manner to push the cucking story. This one is more satire, sure... but the story is driven from the perspective of that actual appeal of the FMC to want this. She really wants this, she craves it and seeks it while her protests are just a means for her to rationalize her betrayal and excuse her responsibility concerning her actions.
She has no love for the MC. Love doesn't work like that. Her actions and reasoning are that of a person who cares very little for her so called "love".
This is why these types of stories are a joke, but in this story, it is supposed to be stupid, unreasoned and corny, so at least it gets a pass on that front. There is no logical or "reasoned" means to the characters here though, so I wouldn't even try.

Expecting decent writing from a Hangover Cat game is expecting too much. The synopsis of the game really is pretty accurate, the entire game is just dumb hentai logic.
