VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Hitomi's Sick Pleasure [v1.0] [PantsuDelver]

I don't intend to write a lengthy review for this game. I'll just mention that it's often recommended on platforms like f95 and Reddit as one of the top 10 titles in the NTR genre, which is why I decided to try it. Ultimately, I was somewhat disappointed.

The disappointment stems from a fairly cliched story and mediocre visuals. There are some successful renders, but they likely make up no more than 10% of the total. The rest suffer from either inconsistent art quality or appear to be AI-generated — at least that was my impression, particularly in some of the early H-scenes.

While the story is cliched, I must credit it for being better written than most NTR games. However, like many in this genre, it suffers from the issue of the heroine's corruption feeling too rushed. The characters are decently written, yet I couldn't shake the feeling that I've encountered similar narratives dozens of times before. I understand that the NTR genre has a limited set of core concepts, but this is usually compensated for by either exceptional visuals or engaging gameplay. This title lacks both—or rather, it has them, but they are merely average.

In conclusion, this is a middling, run-of-the-mill NTR game. If you are a devoted fan of the genre, it might be worth a try—perhaps it will resonate with you more than it did with me. For everyone else, it's safe to skip.

The writing was pretty good if you're into some fucked up shit like me, an absolute degenerate. The are multiple routes which make it interesting and I like that you can enable hints to see which route you'll get. I do wish that they the emphasized Hitomi's fall within society more. She got into trouble with school and all that but I wanted to see outside family and friends witness her downfall. I was hoping for some more intense exhibitionism but that's just my kink. Anyways I'm excited for when the fan route comes out later. Currently played v1.0.

Well made NTR VN!! The story is fun to read through and has multiple choices that lead to multiple endings. The art is good and the scenes are rly hot, it never gets boring. PantsuDelver did a great job there ~❤❤ ! " Hitomi's Sick Pleasure " is one of my favorite VN's and I rly recommend it if you are into that genre. I hope some big studio or publisher like Kagura games will notice PantsuDelver and hire him/her!

I love it! Most perverted game I've ever played. I really hope the dev releases something similar again. Maybe there's a lack of a route where there's more physical interaction between Hitomi and Asahi. As far as I'm concerned the arts are pretty good, looks unusual but why not?

I really don´t like this game.

The NTR aspect is very cliche and just boring, no interesting characters.

The music is very generic.

The UI is way too small and doesn´t look good.

The art is bad, and looks very cheap, like it looks like the bull has some whitelines left because they weren´t cut out that good.

I hate the the titel menu, and cover art. Why does it have a completly different artstyle that doesn´t fit with the actual game.

The choices are very meh.

The sex scenes aren´t that great but good enough I guess, the art is a little bit better in the CG´s.


I wouldn´t recommend it, unless it´s your first NTR game or one of the first it´s okay as a starting point for NTR.

Whatever they say I like the art, you can see how it progresses over time, very lewd, the description of scenes is also noteworthy, with each update something new and interesting. Few games where you will find something unique other than “I'm a girl I want to fuck or I'm a harem hero, I fuck a bunch of chicks”. Highly recommended for those who like MomNTR.

Strangely enough I keep coming back to this game every half a year or so but I have to get this out there. The art is not great and needs a remaster when the game is complete, no gallery (that you don't have to pay for) so that ruins replayability, and of course the story and writing is hit or miss. cuck kun is very dense but the content of the scenes themselves are very nice indeed so that stops this game from being complete trash.

The art is quite amateur, but what kills the game is the writing. It is so bad, it is painful. The author is trying to fit a bunch of fetishes in a story that is not well made. I am surprised that someone can give it a high score.

I really am not into the art, It's kind of gross looking, plus no gallery makes this one not worth a download imho. The story is nonsensical at points and the character designs are awkward. Despite this, it may scratch an itch for some people but for now at least it does not do that for me. Also, even if unlocking the gallery was an option through pplay that would be okay but it simply is not an option

I wanted to write a review once the game was fully released, but I couldn't hold back. I've been following this game for a while, and it has become my favorite in the NTR genre. Although there's a significant corruption aspect as well.

The game starts off quite standard, I would even say unremarkable, and branches into two paths: Slave and Cuck. The first one is almost pure netorare from both the mother's and son's perspectives (and occasionally the father's, but very rarely). In this case, the events escalate quite quickly. You won't find a long journey towards complete corruption here. This route is more for those who enjoy a bit of reading and a quick fap, and trust me, there's plenty to fap to. The game has a huge variety of kinks, you can check the tags. It's incredibly vulgar and sometimes even disgustingly good, but it will drain your balls pretty quickly, and you'll come back for more, especially if you read through the scenes in order rather than jumping from one to another. There are time lapses and subsequent descriptions of what happened. Instead, it would be preferable to experience these events through the scenes themselves rather than descriptions.

As for the cuck route, the events unfold much slower. Despite a quick fall of the mom in the beginning, she struggles with her demons here, and the son learns about them and indulges because he finds pleasure in it. The game becomes something akin to netorase.

In terms of writing, the author's style is quite enjoyable. You don't get tired of overly long dialogues, but they're not too short either. It's just right, I would say, perfect for a hentai game. The sex scenes are a big plus; it's hard not to get hard.

Regarding the art, personally, the visuals are pleasing to the eye. I don't understand why some people complain. It seems like they only played for 5-10 minutes and didn't delve deep into the game because the art quality improves with each new update. You can see how the author has progressed. I can't call the artwork bad, especially when looking at the latest updates. If the author were to redraw the old CGs with the skill they have now, it would be a solid 10 for me.

In short, it's a vulgar and intriguing game with plenty of kinks and improving artwork with each update. If you're a fan of Mother NTR and ahegao hentai, it's a must-play. For me, it's a 9/10 or 4.5/5.

The Story and the characters are the best thing about this VN. The graphics and art hold it back from being good or great. The mother is to fat imo, not phat but plain fat. Her looks get better with the wig on but there still not good or great.

So play if for the story and not the art style, there is sadly no animations.
Now the gallery and RPA files are locked and encrypted, just sad.

Nice game, had more potential imo. Art style is actually my type. There are a few things I can complain about the content though.

First of all the mc is REALLY STUPID and TOO MUCH PASSIVE. You will understand once you play the game.

Choices are very sharp and limited. Which makes story a bit like.. dull I guess. Could've been more choices and situations but the reason why it is like that is the starting process of the game which is fast-paced and very short. Making the corruption quickly and less effective.

Because of the quick corruption, mc's absurdly stupidity and submissiveness I think it will be hard to create a hero path without contradiction, if author plans to do one I mean.

Nevertheless, overall it is one of my favourite. Author is doing very good job about publishing regular updates, which is very positive. I'll give 5 stars because I believe and hope author will take notes of lacking sides and publish better and better projects in the future.

Keeping it short.

[Positives] - Some of the scenes and moaning can be very hot, especially if you're a fan of ahegao. I found the cleaner scenes without excessive piss more pleasing. In rare cases there is some animation like in the Cuck route.

[Negatives] - The corruption is too fast. There's way too much piss, smegma, and gross piercings. The trope of the MC remaining oblivious by being sub 75IQ in the NTR route is tiresome. The NTR plot point is also unoriginal.

Also not a fan of BBC or the route in general.

Great game, I got used to the style very fast and it actually fits the atmosphere.
Currently (v0.51.1) the slave route is the only finished one so I would say it is the best at the moment. The cuck route was actually my favorite I hope it gets more development. I'm curious how the BBC route will develop, for now it takes a lot of speed out of the story so I didn't like it as much as I expected

Great corruption (a bit quick) and kinky content. The themes are a little heavy (smegma, pussy piercings, and so on), which is also great for those that enjoy it. The art style may be a bit off-putting at first, but improves as you progress through the story, and never detracts from the immersion.

Review for Hitomi's Sick Pleasure v0.43.5. I originally wanted to wait for a route to be completed fully before doing a review, but I said fuck it and went ahead. I will amend it in future updates.

This game is best experienced without prior knowledge of the sex content so I will do my best to avoid spoilers outside of descriptions of the route and what you can expect.

So HSP is what the genre fans would refer to as Mom NTR. People here can debate what NTR is all day, but regardless boils down to seeing your mom have sex with other men and experiencing the usual feelings that come from NTR after that. Mom NTR is pretty expansive and doesn't necessarily mean incest, and that's where Hitomi's Sick Pleasure comes in with its routes.

At present the are 2 main routes.
First, the "Slave" route where you watch your mom get corrupted but are oblivious to her cheating. The Slave route is perfect for those of us that love sick and depraved sex and extremely kinky sexual situations. This route is played out from two perspectives; the son and mom. As the son you watch your mom aforementioned changes and scratch your head at what she's doing, while as the mom you get to witness in full hardcore details the sick and twisted events that happen. This route also has several subroutes with different endings.

Next, the "Cuck" route where you witness your mom having sex and accept her for it. This route is best for those that enjoy seeing the mother's perversions while retaining her loving nature for her son. This route is entirely played out from the son's perspective.

There also will supposedly be a third route, but we'll only really know more about it when the other two routes are complete.

Onto the sexual content: Hitomi's Sick Pleasure DELIVERS. The game wastes no time with Hitomi's sexual nature, and this might upset corruption fans but the author doesn't waste your time at what you came for either. You have a variety of kinks as well to keep you interested, right from big tits to exhibitionism to group sex and much more. The art is done in a hand drawn style that adds to the erotic nature of the content.

The game length at present isn't very long, being a visual novel and all, but the various routes will keep every update interesting.

Final verdict for anybody new: If you want a good story that gives you the feeling of seeing your hot big titty mom take on cocks and LOVING it, then you'll adore Hitomi's Sick Pleasure. If you're somebody who has experienced Mom NTR content like manga and games in the past and want something that isn't afraid of going extreme, then get out the tissues because you're gonna be beating off like mad to the fucked up and debauched shit you're about to see our loving Hitomi get up to!

Damn it... yea, get it. I know, the graphics are what they are. And there isn't going to be this great in-depth story that makes you laugh and cry and clutch at the page. The characters are very straight forward and are what they are. And yet.... yea, you're gonna be playing this game several times a day until the inevitable 'damn it, when's the update!'. It is hot, it is vulgar, you almost feel bad for both the mom and the sun and what's likely to happen to them in the long run, it is depraved, dirty... and if you're into the NTR / cuck kinks it is right up your alley and you're gonna love it. Even with those graphics.

I've played ~40-50 h-games on f95zone, but this was so outstanding in relation to its face value that I felt compelled to leave my 1st review.

At this point, vast majority of h-games are quite boring to me, the main thing that keeps me going is almost entirely 'new/creative & sexy scenarios'. It's about idea-play; art/spelling/etc mean far far less. Most good games have a few of these creative scenes sprinkled in, but this game has them one after another, which says to me that this creator knows very precisely what they are doing & what is truly called for in an h-game.

Excellent pacing, no fluff, art feels rough at first but most of it actually works very well if you give it a chance. Hope this creator keeps going & keeps it fresh.
