So I checked the itch page to see if anyone was saying anything about it being stolen, and saw that it's goal for funding the full game was reached. But looking at it's top donor I can see that they gave over $3000, for a stolen AI slop game. Is this just a front for money laundering?

You cant complain about people pirating your game/media product when its using someone else's IP. Stealing =/= piracy but using someone elses IP is stealing
