Overall I can only give it 3 stars and I will explain why:

Here we have a game that is quite grindy and that could be improved quite a bit on many aspects, just to name a few:

-Ability to skip a day, skip to final day.
-More work on the menus
-Be able to produce more serums at once.
-Being able to select the girl directly (rather than having to clic multiple times to see each girl).

These are just a few improvements that would make the game feel a bit better, overall the list above are just quality of life improvements, however the game could have been expanded quite a bit, especially on the transformations aspect.

To be fair all the game is just about breast expansion and lactation, then we have a few endings (futa, multiple breast, breast pregnancy, hyper sized breasts, egg laying), you basically choose the ending you want and... that's it.

It's an okeyish game, nothing more nothing else. I can't say a lot about it cause of that, you basically make serum -> drug girl -> see event and repeat until the end. No special gameplay or something that would make me try to get all endings unless some quality of life improvements are made.

To end just to answer a few questions:

Q: Is there any futa on male scene?
A: No, there isn't any futa on male, there are just 1 or 2 scenes about futa x female thought.

Q: Is x fetish optional?
A: Breast expansion and lactation aren't optional, those are the main themes of the game.

Q: When do I get the ending?
A: The game ends at day 115, that's when you choose the ending.

It took me about 3-4 hours to play through fully for all 9 girls. Perfect (UK) English. Plot is straightforward and similar to a lot of other games on here; you're a college student and you develop a serum that makes breasts grow, and also makes the recipients hornier and less inhibited.

Main fetishes:
-Breast expansion
-Pregnancy
-Casual nudity (at completion, girls stop wearing clothes entirely)
-Corruption
-Incest (mother and sister, as usual)

The description is just a bit misleading, this isn't a short game but also isn't that long either there also is a day limit to finish the game, so don't pick it expecting a very long game like the description leads you to believe.

In reality it's a simple but enjoyable game, your job is to distribute pills corrupting everyone in town, with full focus on tits.
There isn't much exploring or time wasted since events are easily visible through (!) mark and you don't have much to do outside of going from one event to the next.

Personally I would have enjoyed more an even slower burn, with more teasing and corruption before fully milking and impregnating everyone so fast, they day limit is a bummer.

The game really focus on huge knockers and milk, don't expect much outside of that either. Sadly there was no love for asses or flat chested girls either.

The first Lab Rats is a good game to take inspiration from, and Holstein Girls certainly wears it on its sleeve with the use of serums and the like.

Where it differs is the body modification, and I am always a fan of being in charge of transforming another's body in games like these and breast expansion is certainly one of my favourite things in porn.

It gets a bit less vanilla literally at the end of the game with stuff like multi-boob and futanari, but that is optional.

One thing I dislike that they took from Lab Rats was the way sex works and how you never really see your character or at least their disembodied schlong and that the models are kind of average looking overall.

That said, it's a good game that should keep you entertained for a bit. Definitely a recommendation if you enjoy Breast Expansion.
