You can make the dick size smaller in sex scene options while playing, at minimum to size of a well-fed horse ready to mate.

There's probably a folder somewhere that stores that data, but I don't think anyone has posted where it is so you might have to go digging. It should be stored somewhere outside the game installation directory, usually in your AppData folder.

.exe might be blocked by Defender, then add folder in exception and unpack archive one more time with option Replace all files.
p.s. only if you trust the data inside archive

It's not in AppData because then running 2nd folder of the game should reuse the new data. Unless it's versioned somehow but I don't see any versions in its LocalAppData folder. Just some .sav file that's not reused between folders with different versions.

I think custom characters are partially tied to the character portrait JPGs that are in game folder. No clue about positions.
