Hopefully I'm not asking an already answered qustion but I've looked around here/googled around and havent seen this issue. For some reason certain clothes flicker like crazy. Is seems to get worse the farther away the camera is.
It seems to be only clothes that are skin tight, maybe its z-fighting?
This is a fresh install of the better repac with mods updated using kkmanager. I've also tried updating drivers to no avail.
EDIT: Fixed by both disabling better AA mod and turning DHH off from TXAA
