But looking through your profile activities I couldn't find Ripples. You have to try that definitely, if you like Eternum so much.
Quality-wise it is on-par with Eternum. Dialogue writing is a little subpar, but animation-wise it exceeds imo, especially with the many breathing animations. You will get hooked by the end of chapter 1.

Hey, so I have new recommendations.
Fates Collide and Oppai Odyssey. Both have audio included and good visuals. Visuals ramp up after the intro respectively.
Fates Collide is a non-harem, school-setting slice of life VN. You will get party club atmosphere from it. There are no serious h-scene however. Has an Eternum cameo. No real captivating story (it's a slice of life).
Oppai Odyssey. A harem sandbox. Currently finishing that. If Eternum and Ripples are S rank, Oppai Odyssey would be at least A rank. It has story and stunning renders. Better renders than Ripples sometimes. You have to turn down the music though, as it is louder than the sound effects. Also there is some xeno (sex with aliens) involved.
Edit: Oppai Odyssey is in (almost) complete POV except for one H-scene atm!
