For CharaStudio? It's probably the rendering type making it darker, trying changing it to a different one like xukimi skinplus or just resetting it to default. If it's not that it could be that the texture for the dick was changed, so colour settings wouldn't affect it anyway, if that's the case either replace the MainTex or reset it. Some of the rendering sliders can affect it too I think
