Basically a poor man's version of Spelunky but themed around furries and sex, so all its flaws apply here but lacks a lot of things that made the game fun. And lemme explain:
In Spelunky, there's an incentive to explore because
A) The crates and treasures may contain valuable items that help you get harder, better, faster and stronger so that you won't die as easily in this run.
B) Even if you didn't find any items, you can collect enough cash in exchange for buying items from the shop, buy shortcuts, or make your score number go brrrrrrrr
While this game has... absolute no gold system, yet it still kept around the jars of which you can use to smack the enemies with or to bait this game's equivalent of the Arrow Trap. But it does have collectibles, which while tempting sometimes, all these items are mostly placed in iffy preset locations for you to get that defeats the purpose of getting them in the first than actually giving you a sense of risk-reward since the risk far outweighs getting them in the first place.
The sandwich that replenishes your health is placed in a tiny room full of dildos, which serves as this game's spike but doesn't insta-kill you, and instead ejects you in a direction of your choosing. Sounds way less punishing and fair for a veteran Spelunky player, right? Except for the fact that your player character moves like a slug, there is no run button, so your only movement option is a Pizza Tower-esque grab/dash that boosts forward regardless of whether you're on the ground or not. So more than enough time, you'll dash short, and falls right onto the spikes. Sure, it can probably be optimized after playing this game enough, but I doubt even using TAS tool will make the finicky controls even slightly more fun.
While the extra bombs and ropes are locked behind preset location that forces you to use the respective items in order to collect more of them, but both of which sucks due to a huge design flaw, that you slide your items forward no matter what you do.
In the original game, you can crouch and place a still bomb so you don't have to worry about it bouncing around the place, and the rope will shoot up on the X/Y position you're on so you don't have to worry about it being off. In this game, you can't control where these things are positioned exactly, they will slide forward and might even fall off the current platform that you're on, which is a big problem when you can outright blow up the bomb item you're trying to collect, or not have enough momentum to get into the tiny gap just because you misplaced the snake by a few pixels.
Also yes, snakes, probably in an effort to not get sued or to differentiate itself, the ropes are replaced by snakes that basically serve as a bounce pad that you use by approaching. In a Spelunky-styled game where precision is key, this is horribly inefficient and outright detrimental at times, as you might jump straight into an enemy or into a spike. If this is an attempt by the dev to implement smooth and fast platforming despite the slow speed and the control, they're misguided as this just makes my jumps really imprecise like jumping on the spring in Mario: The Lost Levels.
But all of that aside, how does the game feel? It's Spelunky, but clunkier. Not to mention that every enemy has a bigger hitbox than you'd expect, and they force you into an animation that makes the pace of the game even slower once they hit you, which ranges from a butt bump or dick suck when they're functionally the same: forcing you into the dizzy state and essentially ragdolls your player character, where you can still be hit like in Spelunky. Lovely.
Not to mention, you don't get a precise indication of how much health you still got, but instead an arousal bar where everything does a vague amount of damage. Fill it up and you die, you don't see a defeat scene where you get violated by whatever enemy you die to, you just get your ass send back to the first stage without as much as a funny snark on the diary.
Rather, you only get the sex scenes by completing challenges, such as the first one where you Meet and Fuck™ with your date, Dogette. While admittedly boring, I get that the dev want to give the players some sense of achievement via playing thee game rather than getting a constant hit of dopamine, but that contrast with the design of making every single characters naked with a gigantic boner. I'm not against exhibitionism, in fact they're one of my favorite fetish/genre of games, but the fact that you see phallus just about every step in this game takes away the fun of actually seeing the characters naked, and makes the player desensitized once you do see the sex scenes.
I genuinely think that you could very much make a Spelunky clone but with sex included, in fact the amount of porn that the game received ever since its sequel more than proved of that, a game where you look for a good fuck rather than treasures. But to me, this ain't it, even the fact that there's no damage from falling or the bombs don't redeem this.
You can like this game for what it is, I don't mind, but personally I don't recommend it.
