What happened was I clicked every option and the game ran out of options so it was left on a stale screen as shown and you have to edit the game to fix it.

found 2 more bugs Dev-Sama

1. when you max out the girl's cum your penis is teleported inside her even if you didn't penetrate
2. the save file can be removed from a new installation as it doesn't recognize any existing save files prior (or it overwrites it)
