No idea about public releases, but from what the patreon posts leaked around show, he's produced most of the art for the vice-president scene in the past month. It could be possible a substantial update is close.
Maybe people are waiting on that to pledge/share. Although this is just conjecture on my part, since there hasn't been any recent news/confirmation about that from Balsamique. At least that i know of...

well, most of his Patreon left since Behind the dune finished. so you know...i'm not surprise if this game also going nowhere.

I'm not following this one closely, but it seems to me, that David keeps working on the game at a steady pace. Once he puts out a public version, which isn't too far-off, interest should increase considerably. Not to Dune-levels, of course, but enough.

Here is finaly a version of Horror in Hongdae.
WHAT’S NEW?
-Shortcut to see specific scenes. In the office, click on the tower in the background, like in Behind The Dune
.
-Sex scene with the vice-president reachable (at the end of the game).
-The engine can show movies instead of barely moving pictures. I have less limits now. The pixelated zoom of the beginning is now perfect (not pixelised), the sperm flows well in the scene of the Vice President, and some details start to move.
-The skeleton of the story works. It has 5 ends. For the moment, the player is not used to having to be good in point and click, so I think the last meal will be fatal for most of the testers.
-I chronologically improve scenes after scenes to go to the end. Now the thug has a phone. You can use it after his death.

So there is only two sex scenes in the whole game after a whole year of development?
Yeah, the scene with the policewoman, and the one with the secretary. What a letdown!
New update. Nice. I liked behind the dune and really like the guys artwork in general. Yeah the updates are slow and not big but whatever.
