the game is quickly softlocked with no way of resetting. it is now bugged until i figure out where the savefiles are kept
after an attempt to get out of the negative the game softlocked even further.

I thought it would be nostalgic to play this style of game, but no. It was just stupid.

We had window-resizing technology all the way back in the NT 3.1 days, and even then the devs knew not to tease you by progressing to a more zoomed-in version of the same exact pic you just saw, such that you can now see fewer naughty bits, as a "reward" for your win.

With graphics the equivalent of plain toast, utterly uninspired gameplay, and the most soulless addition to the softcore genre I've ever had the displeasure of seeing, this is just about as awful as a game can get without infecting you with a trojan, and that it doesn't even use blackjack terms serves as the dingleberry on top of the shit-cake.

Absolutely recommended if you're planning to be a dev and are looking for an example of everything not to do.
