I think the best way to improve the graphics is to extract and scale all the images using AI.

Apparently someone has upscaled this to 4k (that's a bit much maybe?) already but was running into some issues:

Easy to port it yourself.
Download the PC version, unzip and look for a folder called www. Rename that folder to app.nw
Download nwjs-v0.29.0-osx-x64 from

You must be registered to see the links

Check if you can run the nwjs app because you might need to remove quarantine and restore the execute permission.
Copy the app.nw folder from the PC download and paste it inside the nwjs app (right click app, show package contents), in /Contents/Resources
Optional: rename the nwjs app to something else, let's say House Chores, or whatever strikes your fancy.

I am wondering how to make game saves work now. since i renamed the www folder and migrated it to the app, I can't seem to make saves. When i choose the save slot and click save, the game gives an error sound. Is this a common issue with a workaround?

Very common these days.

The app is most probably still quarantined, so it runs from an ad-hoc read-only location. RPGM wants to write its saves inside the app, (instead of Application Support such as Ren'Py does for example), so MacOS throws a red flag. The same happens when you try to alter your game preferences BTW.

A larger epilogue update is planned though, but I don't recall Siren having a ton of anal content in his other games, so wouldn't hold out for it here. Still a great game though.

Yes i played the Zombie games there are very nice, but yes i can only remember 1 anal scene in the first one. Quite a shame there's not much of those scenes but yes there are good games.
