Overview: You are a random guy who is hired as an apartment manager for a mysterious house with a couple of beautiful roommates.
Story: You are hired and discover that not only does the house have rooms that are set up in completely nonsensical way, but it has some very strict rules that you aren't able to read. It also has an impressively extensive ventilation system for a fairly small house. You are in the house with two roommates, a reserved but still horny girl and a completely shameless masochist. The game is heavy on spanking and presumably other punishments in future versions. It's a bit light on story, with most of it just being a pretext for a porno scene, and it doesn't always make much sense. I think there are supernatural elements to the game but they're a bit vague at the moment.
Gameplay: Mostly a sandbox. You have to be in the right spot at the right time to trigger each event. Events are generally a way to create pretext for a quick sex scene. It's possible there might be some sort of stat growth or relationship system later but it doesn't appear to have any effect yet if it exists. There are times where it asks you a "corrupt/don't corrupt" question but I have not noticed any difference between the two yet.
Graphics: Anime style as you can see from the screenshots. There are a fairly good number of animations. The game is not shy with showing you the ladyparts. Lots of fap material to go around.
Reviewers note: That's not how you spank someone! The forward thrusting thing they do in this game makes no sense. There's no slap power like that, you're just aggressively molesting their butt. Probably why their butts don't turn red no matter how much you click the "spank again" button.
Bugs: The translation is pretty rough, with some fairly harsh Engrish that can be difficult to decipher at times. Luckily the story doesn't matter much.
Holding CTRL to speed through a scene you've already seen will drop you out to the main menu at the end of the scene.
Conclusion: Fap worthy addition to a collection, especially for spanking fetishists. The bugs and translations cost the game a star, but it is totally playable otherwise. The lack of grind and the relatively large number of sexy scenes in this early version are good signs though.
