It depends on who reported what and how. Mods often just do machine work. Someone reported the link, so they put it in the OP.
Anyway, now I'm really curious which translation is better. kolomodel did a very good job and it was nice.

At beginning of game when I have Kento talks to Saori her conversation locks up game. Had to exit game and restart. The visit to Kyouko hasn't any problem, but when I visit Saori it locked up in different spots during the conversation. Any idea why this might happen?

That's because BokiBoki slapped some assets together to make this all ages Steam atrocity and then patched it to restore original content without testing it enough.
Use this quickfix:

go to the directory where this file should be, make a copy of one of the files and rename it to OtoLogic_Turn.rpgmvo

To get rid of the error go to the directory where this file should be, make a copy of one of the files and rename it to OtoLogic_Turn.rpgmvo
I doubt even BokiBoki knows what it was meant to be, so pick something like Blow1 or something short and universal sounding like that. (get this info from steam link before ur post)(ty to vsaviorPL for the fix)
