When you say the red alert marks don't show up, do you mean that it doesn't show up while the page is open, or do they also not show up if you reload the page?

hm i am thinking he is saying that he doesn't see any reddish notification number next to the bell, even after page refresh he doesn't see any number indicator next to the bell for notifications

have you tried using different browser and see if you experience the same thing happening? at this point it can be the type of browser you are using or this is based on the forum internally. only trying to help but seems there is no resolution.

I just tried it in Edge, but unfortunately no red numbers appear there either.

at this point maybe clearing your browser cookies and cache could maybe help, also make sure your browser is most up to date running the most latest version

you shouldn't give up on hope so easily, you should exhaust all possibilities and solutions firstly, even deleting your current account won't resolve this problem but if you feel that maybe would solve this problem you do what you feel is best to do.
