Daz How do I create a character that looks like this?

Here's what I'm trying to replicate:


This particularly the rendition of Chel as depicted in this particular piece of art. I've been using Cleopatra as a base skin texture and turbulent hair by OTT as the hair and I think thats close enough.
But I'm having trouble finding a model(s) that can replicate the head structure I'm trying to go for(bodies a lot more easier) and would appreciate any help.

I'd go with morphs that let you do smaller things like change the nose or mouth in the shaping tab. Daz has a few of its own but I like
