How do I edit tags on thread and notify uploader for updates?

Well, here's a I am making,
I followed the Game Uploading Rules [2018-12-07] and now I am in full cotrol of the thread,
there's things I don't know how to do, firstly how do I add "Tags"? I don't see anywhere I can do that.
Secondly, the files on LETSUPLOAD , ZIPPY and NOPY are not uploaded by me. So... do I have to support these link myself?

Adding/editing tags can only done by uploaders+. Use the Report button to contact the moderators to add/delete tags.

The additional mirrors provided by F95zone are temprary and just for the current version. Feel free to delete those when updating to a new version. We'll add more if needed when we check/promote the thread.
