How do I find games that actually focus on a specific tag and don't just have a single 5 minute scene of it in a game that's 10 hours long

Depends on what the tag is, but there's no tag weight system or anything like that. You could exclude tags in LATEST UPDATES, but again it depends on what you're looking for. If you want games that are mostly about rape, the game's premise may be enough to indicate that. If you want something with lots of bestiality, you may have to ask in the game's thread. Or ask in the Recommendations forum for suggestions.
