I personally don't know of a resolution to what you are experiencing here. Seems like missing textures of some sort, which could explain why the animated images are showing up as "Black" or devoid of any assets/textures.

Also, Matsuri Hajimeru yo what is the name of the game that you are playing? Is this a game that you are downloading and playing as the player, or is it a game that you are creating/play testing as a developer?
