If I recall, they use Maya for Animations (though that might've been for the trailer only). Blender might also be an option here. It's far too detailed to be Daz/Fender Blender. It might've been done via Weight Nodes/dForce, but unlikely given the quality of their animations, imo.

Yesterday I played to the game and the second animation was indeed impressive, like 30-seconds long, and very well tied together.
Damn, I was feeling proud of my jiggly daz3d 3-sec animation I made a week ago, and now I'm laughing at how bad it looks compared with The Seven Realms game.

+1 to MissFortune. Right tool for the job. Daz is going to be fighting you the whole way for something like this. If you absolutely-positively need to stay in Daz, you could paint the deformations in zbrush.
