It's honestly easier to just experiment with different morphs to get a shape like this. In this case, you would probably want to pay attention to the waist, hips, and likely glutes if you want to avoid a hyper-hourglass figure. Took me three to somewhat recreate that figure in a hurry, could probably get it closer if I stayed on it a little longer. Little more voluptious here, but could easily be altered with something like Growing Up from Zev0 or just getting a more petite figure all together.
