So for example, I have both Anthophobia installed as well as an SAV file that has the gallery unlocked.

Well, once you've put the said SAV file in the location where those game's save files are supposed to be, you just launch the game and select "load a save".

And before you ask, no, I don't know were those files should be, ask in the game thread.
