How do you properly unzip japanese games?

when I unzip most japanese games and it's not an renpy or unity game, what comes out of the zip is a words that the zipper can't translate, so when you launch the game and you start playing you start getting errors like the game can't find X sprite,well,it's there,but it's a garbled mess because it was in japanese and the 7zip didn't keep the original file.


I want to specify that i don't have my locale set in japanese, i use mostly a locale app to launch japanese games.

Any help ?

You need a good zipper. Not a dollar store one.
