How exactly does patreon/pixiv policy decide which animators to ban? (Discussion)

I am recently collecting animations from a great number of animation creators mainly focused on bestiality/monster theme.

throughout this scavenger hunt, I came across some animators who got banned constantly across all platforms such as dicesfm/vicesfm, while the others don't seem to problem as such.
Now I know platforms are getting more and more strict about bestiality theme, so I can understand on some level that Dicesfm gets banned constantly, but how come some other animators don't have the same problem? There are even some content creators who focus on guro theme which is far more unethical, but they don't seem to have the same problem.

Are platforms simply wields a shotgun with a blindfold shooting creators randomly? What exactly is going on?

Creators can stay under the radar of the platforms if they:
  • do not become popular, and/or
  • do not broadcast all the kinds of genres they produce, and/or
  • do not get reported by either a pissed-off former fan or someone who feels they should make the platform aware of the TOU/TOS/Community Guidelines being breached by the creator, and/or
  • do not get selected by random checks from platform staff and/or
  • do not have content which infringes on the copyright/IP of others which can draw legal claims and/or
  • do not have similar bad luck
Every creator who is breaking the TOU/TOS/etc of a platform they are using should keep in mind that they will eventually be found out and will have to face the consequences. Some prefer to take a bigger risk than others.

That explains why there is less and less kinky themed animators outside. I always felt there were way more creators making kinky stuff using sfm back in the day but only a few does the same with blender now.
Well said my friend. That sounds like some really bad news for nsfw creators and there will probably gonna be more in the future. I just hope the day never comes where vanilla sex is the only option for porn. I would literally quit nsfw community if that happens.. which is a good thing I guess? lol

and I don't know If that's really the case. So for anyone who doesn't know, DICEsfm makes both monsters and bestiality content. last year he said because of platform regulation he had to delete all his previous bestiality work, but monster content can remain. So It seems like monster content is not against the rule? That is so weird considering how gruesome monster model usually are, not to say a lot of monsters are simply beasts with different skins like zombie dogs.
