Completed how to add non-human monsters in koikatsu scene?

i i want to change the male character with this death meme/monster but when i change the the character ,it gets changed into this black body in the middle image instead of the full monster (full monster body shown in the first image), the monster body shows up only when i add the character single in the scene.

so the main questions are
1)is there any way i change the male body with that of the monster body fully ?
2)if the first question is not possible then how can i copy the movement/animation of the male character to the monster body?(how do i make the monster move like the male body)
3)is there no way to salvage it and i have start from the ground up?
if u need any additional info to help u solve this prblm please ask

i'm very new to using koikatsu and am still learning so would be really grateful for any help in the reply

My guess is that when changing character, some accessories have been disabled. That has been my experience in the past, you simply enable them back and it should work fine.
